BSB is a student-run consulting organization at UC Berkeley specializing in technical and business challenges, with 40+ active members and an alumni network across tech and finance.
MISSION
Real work built on real growth.
Our first priority is our members. Every engagement is a chance to build real consulting and engineering skills. Members work directly with clients, own real deliverables, and build skills that don't show up in a classroom.
We select and develop Berkeley's top technical and analytical talent into consultants who deliver high-quality work for our clients.
COMMUNITY
Our Community
At BSB, the work is only a small part of what makes us a tight-knit community. Through late-night project sessions, professional development, coffee chats, and socials, our members build friendships and form bonds that extend far beyond consulting.
Coming from 20+ majors, 12+ nationalities, and a wide range of backgrounds, our members bring distinct perspectives to every project and conversation. Together, we create a community where students grow not only as consultants, but as teammates, leaders, and friends.

Where Our Members Are Heading
BSB prepares its members to pursue careers across technology, consulting, product management, finance, entrepreneurship, and beyond. Through our professional development program, newly recruited cohorts achieved a 100% internship placement rate, and graduating members received full-time offers.
