New Member Program
Our Fall 2026 New Member Class & Development Chair.
Your first semester at BSB is built around a 12-week development program that puts your growth first. We focus on four pillars: Industry Recruiting, Mentorship, Class Cohesion, and Consulting Practice. From resume reviews and interview preparation to hands-on casework, you build the skills and confidence to recruit and contribute to real client projects.
Experienced members, such as our Development Vice Presidents and Chair, offer guidance throughout recruiting, while your new member class learns, practices, and grows together. Our newly recruited cohorts have achieved a 100% internship placement rate, which is a reflection of the preparation, support, and ambition our members bring to every opportunity.
